A passionate French teacher !
This profession of being a French teacher for foreigners is a choice of the heart! Traveling through each encounter and sharing my homeland, the various attractions of my culture and my city, and guiding you to the highest point of my paradise, the ocean, is a true pleasure!
I have been teaching in Bordeaux since 2018 following a career change and many travels. Every student has unique needs, a particular way of learning, and a distinct personality, all of which my years of experience allow me to precisely identify and adapt my teaching methods accordingly. Combining course content with your visits in Bordeaux is key! As we say in French, « C’est en faisant qu’on apprend » (It’s by doing that we learn).
Through this french immersion in France, I would like to offer you more than just a week of classes; I want to give you a vacation! I aim to be your privileged companion in creating your best memories by learning French in Bordeaux and its surroundings.
What I can share about myself is that I love foreign languages, I adore traveling, I’m passionate about history, and I’m also a surfer, which has led me to visit over 25 destinations and discover many cultures. In this sport, you must adapt to the whims of the weather and ocean conditions. Surfing teaches us to be patient, flexible, observant, skillful, and persistent. These qualities are undeniably aligned with teaching, and that’s why, combining my enthousiams and strengths, I became a passionate french teacher.
I hope to guide you everywhere during your stay in Gironde ( surroundings of Bordeaux), through our vineyards with their diverse grape varieties, but also along the coast to let you taste the local sea breeze, feel the soft, clear sand beneath your feet, race down our dunes, discover the local flora, and, if you’re feeling adventurous, try a local water sport. Or simply wander through secret spots along our cycling paths that line our beautiful Côte d’Argent, the coastline that carries my name.
